Day 4 - Viikki

Nature is never far in Finland. 8 kilometers away from the city center, Viikki gave us some fresh countryside air. There, we started our morning with one of the walking trails.

On our way was an observation tower with a beautiful view of the park.

Then, there was a bird observatory. This one was near the water, where silence and tranquility reigned the water.

Our walk finished, we headed back and stopped at “Hesburger” for lunch.

Nearby was the Linnanmaki amusement park, so we went there to visit it. Some rides later, we went back home by foot, which took us about two hours. After a little rain and many laughs we were home.
